]]> Raphael & Lauren’s wedding at the Hotel & Spa Des Pecheurs on Cavallo Island, Corsica

 

Getting to Cavallo Island was a long, but enjoyable journey. This wedding will always be remembered, not only for the incredible scenery, but also for the number of varied modes of transport that I travelled in to get there. From london to Marseille then Corsica and finally Cavallo….along the way I ended up traveling by plane, train, ferry, bus, car  and finally in a small boat to Cavallo. I even ended up having a ride in a golf cart due to the fact that there are no cars on the island. The weather was perfect and being able to swim in the ocean everyday was, for me, the icing on the cake.

 

Raphael & Lauren created a beautiful wedding for themselves… in a very special place. Here are a few images from their day.

]]> I was really lucky to have shot Luke & Magalie’s wedding in Montpellier a couple of weeks ago. Luke is Australian and Magalie is from France. They had originally planned to get married in Thailand but luckily (for me… and maybe Magalie’s family and friends) they decided on the the beautiful wedding venue Domaine De Verchant just outside of Montpellier.
